Ely Runners, John Glover and Karl Bedingfield decided to take on the unique challenge of ‘Beat The Tide’, a 10K along the firm sand of Hunstanton and Heacham beaches.

Breckland 10K

Breckland is a pleasant low key event on quiet roads surrounded by forest. It is a fast course and although the first 2K is mostly uphill, the final 2K is invitingly downhill.

Ely Runner, Ross Payne was in the Cornwall/Devon area for Bank Holiday weekend. Whilst there entered the Bere Pen 10K – described as a scenic ‘3 down, 3 up’ road run around the Tamar Peninsular.
